Deborah Kaye Allen, professionell bekannt als Debbie Allen, ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, Tänzerin, Choreografin, Sängerin, Regisseurin, Produzentin und ehemaliges Mitglied des Präsidentenkomitees für Kunst und Geisteswissenschaften.
Allen ist vor allem für ihre Rolle in der Musical-Drama-Fernsehserie „Fame“ (1982–1987) bekannt, in der sie die Tanzlehrerin Lydia Grant verkörperte und als Hauptchoreografin der Serie fungierte. Für diese Rolle erhielt sie 1983 einen Golden Globe Award als Beste Hauptdarstellerin in einer Fernsehserie – Musical oder Komödie sowie zwei Primetime Emmy Awards für die Beste Choreografie und wurde zudem viermal als Beste Hauptdarstellerin in einer Dramaserie nominiert. Später arbeitete Allen als Regisseurin und Produzentin und produzierte und inszenierte unter anderem 83 der 144 Episoden der NBC-Comedyserie „A Different World“ (1988–1993).
