ohn Alec Entwistle, auch bekannt unter den Spitznamen The Ox (deutsch: „der Ochse“) und Thunderfingers (dt. „Donnerfinger“) (* 9. Oktober 1944 in Chiswick, London; † 27. Juni 2002 in Las Vegas, USA) war ein britischer Rockmusiker. Seine größten Erfolge erzielte er als Bassist der Rock-Band The Who.
